Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation call by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be eligible for a full refund if payment was made in advance. Refunds will be processed within a minimum of 5 business days and a maximum of 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund and the fee will be retained as a cancellation charge.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and fail to provide notice, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Requests for rescheduling within the 24-hour window will be handled at our discretion and may be subject to a fee.

5. Emergencies or Special Cases

In case of unavoidable emergencies, please notify us as soon as possible. We will consider such cases for refund or rescheduling on a discretionary basis.

6. Our Cancellation

If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be available on our website, and continued use of our service indicates acceptance.
